In Al-Yasmin the company is building 5 residential villas and 12 buildings, while in Al-Narjis it is delivering 4 villas and 15 residential buildings — a total built-up area of 19,750 m² and a combined value estimated at SAR 41.2 million (SAR 20.6 million per project).
Work is currently in the finishing stage at a completion rate of 47%, reflecting notable progress and reinforcing the company's credibility with its clients.
